Deliverables are for the client's internal use only, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Our engagement is advisory in nature; we do not assume responsibility for implementation, execution, or achievement of results unless specifically contracted.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for internal business purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Ved Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to our Services. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee financial outcomes or business success resulting from our advice or deliverables.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Ved Consulting, its partners, employees, and affiliates harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of deliverables or Services, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, or any third-party claims related to the client's business decisions or actions.
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred up to the effective date. Confidentiality, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws when handling client information. Personal data collected through our website or services will be used only for providing services and improving client experience. By using our website, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services.
