• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
• Any third-party claims related to client’s business decisions or actions

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice as per the agreed contract terms.
• Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination.
• Confidentiality, intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

• We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws when handling client information.
